Jimmy
FOUNDER
Jimmy is owner and trainer at XO Fitness & Wellness. With a life time of fitness and wellness including playing profession sport in Australia to opening and operating studios in Melbourne and LA. Jimmy is NASM certified and has trained numerous professional athletes and celebrities in the US and Australia. XO in Melbourne was awarded Melbourne’s number one fitness spot and Jimmy himself awarded Melbourne’s best trainer.
He now brings XO to Ohio with a studio that includes Strength and Conditioning, Reformer Pilates and Wellness. Jimmy himself is also trained in mediation and breath work.

Greg
VENUE MANAGER
Greg is the Venue Manager at XO Fitness & Wellness, bringing over 25 years of experience in the fitness, wellness, and performance industries. He has trained, managed, and operated high-level fitness centers and studios across the United States, working with elite athletes—and even a legendary rock star musician (care to guess who?). Greg also specializes in bodybuilding and strength training.
In addition to his studio leadership role he specializes in driving employee engagement, retention, and culture through strategic programs and partnerships.
Previously, as Director of Sales for Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee at CycleBar, Greg led multi-location sales operations, broke regional sales records, and helped expand market share—an experience that continues to fuel his passion for building high-impact programs that deliver measurable results.
Greg also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped his leadership style, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
Greg is excited to bring his experience and passion to XO Fitness & Wellness, helping develop the team, elevate the member experience, and support the continued growth of the company

ASSISTANT MANAGER
Ashley found her love for operations in business while managing a sub-house. Knowing passion was missing, Ash attended Sinclair Community College for a Certificate in Exercise Science as an Exercise Specialist. She started at a group fitness facility for 4 years and learned the ins and outs of gym management and community building.
Excited to see her staff/members grow as individuals and meet their goals - She brings excellent customer service to each time you walk in the door. Attentive to taking care of behind the scenes, for you to enjoy a smooth experience at XO!
On weekends she’s at home with her two little boys and her husband, having family time, playing games, involved with Church, and spending time with family and friends.

I originally studied Integrated Mathematics in college and taught high school math. One summer, I signed up for a package of reformer classes, and as the saying goes, the rest is history. I’ve always had a passion for movement and exercise, and Pilates brought it all together for me.
In my classes, you’ll quickly see how much I value the mind-body connection. Through breathwork, alignment, and intentional muscle engagement, you’ll awaken muscles you didn’t even know you had and challenge your body in entirely new ways. Chris grew up in a military family, which is why Dayton has been home for most of his life. With
a lifelong love of movement rooted in a dance background, Chris has traveled the world sharing his passion.
When he transitioned from dance, he found a new love in Pilates—the first time he stepped on a reformer, it was love at first strap! Now with 7 years of teaching experience, Chris is dedicated to helping you move with grace and find harmony throughout your entire body.
He can’t wait to share his passion and help you feel as graceful and balanced as a dancer.

Jamie
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jamie moved to Dayton nine years ago with her husband and brings a lifelong love of movement to the XO team. With a background in dance and exercise science, Jamie danced professionally in Chicago before an injury led her to discover a new passion: Pilates.
After recovering from her second Achilles tear, she took her first Pilates class—and instantly fell in love with the movement, the mind-body connection, and the way it helps people feel strong, graceful, and energized.
Jamie is thrilled to be sharing her love of Pilates at XO, helping you stay young, vibrant, and moving with purpose!
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Jamie teaching dance, watching football, or spending time with her big, happy crew—including her three kids, four dogs, and six chickens!

Rebecca
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
After earning a degree in Mass Communication at Miami University, Rebecca became a TV news reporter in Dayton. A decade later, she traded in the newsroom for the fitness studio. She earned several group fitness certifications, but discovered Pilates after a running injury. She began to study with Stott Pilates and was certified in 2012.
“I love how Pilates helps people feel stronger, get more connected to their bodies and move better in everyday life.”
Rebecca is a competitive equestrian and credits Pilates for keeping her strong and balanced in the saddle. When she is not teaching or riding horses, she loves to garden and travel with her husband.

Hi! I’m Alex and i just relocated to Dayton from San Antonio, Texas! I’m originally from Miami, Florida, that is where my Pilates journey began. My mom taught Pilates when I was younger and it has become a huge part of my life since. I’ve been teaching Pilates now for 8 years and it’s my passion! I love educating myself and others on how to move functionally. It’s so important to understand how resilient we actually are!
In my free time I love to binge a good show with my boyfriend and dog, or explore cool restaurants and shops. I cannot wait to begin my new Pilates journey here in Dayton and I look forward to meeting each and every one of you!

Holly brings high energy, precision coaching, and an athletic edge to every Pilates class she teaches. A lifelong fitness enthusiast and experienced group instructor, she is known for creating challenging, purposeful workouts that help clients build real strength and confidence. Holly holds multiple NASM certifications in group fitness, cycling and Pilates.
With a background in cycling and reformer training, Holly’s teaching style blends powerful movement with deep mind-body connection. She focuses on core strength, alignment, control, and smart progressions — helping clients move better, feel stronger, and push beyond what they thought possible.
Holly believes Pilates is one of the most effective ways to build total-body strength while protecting and supporting the body for long-term health. Her classes are intentional, motivating, and results-driven — designed to meet you where you are and help you grow.
Outside the studio, Holly is a dedicated mom of 3 and active member of the local fitness community who loves inspiring others to live strong, confident, and energized lives.

Q: Where are you located, and do you have parking?
A: We are located at 1027 S Main St, Centerville, OH 45458, next door to the Kettering Health building. There is ample parking in the lot directly in front of our studio.Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Please bring a towel and a water bottle.Q: Do you have showers?
A: Yes! We have five private bathrooms with showers on-site. If you plan on showering, please bring your own towel, as we do not provide bath towels.Q: What is your late cancellation or no-show policy?
A: We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 12 hours before the start of a class. Cancellations must be done via the XO Fitness app or the MindBody app/website. We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or social media.If you’ve booked using a single or multi-class pass or if you are on a Little XO Membership, any no-shows or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of that visit.
If you’re on an unlimited membership, you will be charged a $10 fee if you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 6 hours of the class start time.
Q: What is your membership cancellation policy?
A: Memberships auto-renew monthly using the card or account on file. All memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in period. To cancel, we require 7 days' written notice via email at admin@xofw.net.If less than one week's notice is given, the membership will roll over into the next month or be converted into a class pack of similar value.
No termination fees apply if a proper notice period is given!
Q: What should I know before my first visit to XO?
A: Please check in at reception before all classes. On your first visit, you will fill out a new visitor form, and we will give you a quick tour of the studio.Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to ensure you don’t miss the warm-up.
If you arrive late, you may not be permitted to join the class for safety reasons.
Water is available for purchase for $3, or you can refill your own bottle at our water fountains.
Q: How do I book classes or create an account?
A: Download the XO Fitness and Wellness App (available on Apple & Google Play) to easily reserve your spot in classes. You can also book via Mindbody. If you need assistance, email admin@xofw.net.Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?

A:Pregnancy: If you have been regularly exercising, we encourage you to continue, as exercise is beneficial during pregnancy. Please email us before attending class so we can discuss any necessary modifications. Always remind your trainer before class so they can adjust exercises accordingly.
Injuries: This depends on the injury, but in most cases, modifications can be made. Please arrive 10 minutes early and inform your trainer so they can tailor the session to your needs.
